To purchase a gift certificate, simply click on the Gift Certificates link on any page on the site. If you wish to order several gift certificates to be sent to different addresses you must make separate purchases for each gift certificate.
Sale Section Pricing
The sale section of our website contains clearance, overstock and discontinued products. Our standard shipping fees apply. Pricing during promotional periods is not applicable to prior purchases.
Artcetera reserves the right to add or remove items from our website, at any time, at our discretion.

Orders will be shipped UPS or USPS only. Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days. No weekend delivery. Items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together; your delivery charge, however, will be based on the total merchandise amount per address. *The prices below are only an estimate. International Orders
We are able to ship orders internationally but we unfortunately cannot accept orders for international shipping through our website. Orders to be shipped outside the United States or outside U.S. territories must be placed by phone, fax or mail only. Returns
Every Artcetera product is backed by our quality craftsmanship and material and it is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
Once you receive your order, please review the item(s) as quickly as possible. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return the merchandise for a refund or exchange by requesting an RMA (return merchandise authorization). The product must be returned in its original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please also include your mail order packing invoice with the return. Refunds are issued for the price of the product and any taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To request a return please e-mail us at artceteraboca@gmail.com and include your order number in the message. Your feedback is important to us so please include the reason for the return and any comments about the item.
Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.
